I think they were made sometime between 1975 and 1979 and this is why:
There is no lining in them, which is common in clothing in the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
The red, white, and blue International Ladies Garment Workers Union label is dated between 1975 - 1992 according to Sammy d Vintage.
The Lot Size is also a common appearance pre-1979
The sizing is absolutely pre-1984 standards, it says Size 8, but the waist is 24”
The tag also says “Do not use coin operated machine or self service method of dry cleaning” which dates is post mid 1960s. Cacharel was founded in 1964 by Jean Louis Henri Bousquet, the Vintage Fashion Guild has a short article and a link to the history of the label.
And Style Bubble confirms that Cacharel has been producing youthful, bright, fun, and floral clothing for decades.
